I wasn’t always much of a coffee-drinker until recently, but since I started last winter, I’ve been researching the best ways to enjoy every cup of aromatic goodness. I’ve been experimenting with the cold-brew coffee method with highly satisfying results. Also, a recent purchase, which I have a lot of fun using, was a French coffee press. More than the coffee, I really enjoy making the milk-foam that goes on top. It works great with soy or almond milk, too! Frothing the warm milk only takes a few seconds, and it’s really delicious on top of some mocha. I highly recommend trying the cold-brew and the French press methods.
