I went to AER building recently for my Japanese lesson. I was unaware of the viewing area on the 31st floor of the AER building. After the lesson, I went to the designated viewing area to see the skyline of Sendai. The view of Sendai skyilne from the top of the AER building, was beautiful with mountains (hills) on the background. I would recommend to go to this viewing area and enjoy the Sendai Skyline.
