Hello all, On the recent national holiday I went to my first BBQ in Japan. The weather was perfect for it and we had it by the Hirose river in Kawaramachi. The English also love to have a BBQ when the weather is good but we often find ourselves trying to grill meat in the rain.BBQs in England are also quite different to Japanese ones because we usually only cook sausages and burgers and eat them like hamburgers or hotdogs. We don’t have all the yummy meat and vegetables dipped in sauce like in Japan.
