Hello everybody! I’m Cherry from Sendai Ekimae School. I started teaching Chinese here this October. It’s a totally new experience and I really enjoyed it a lot. In my first diary here, I’m going to talk about a film that I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. It is called War Horse and is directed by Steven Spielberg. The movie tells a story about a young man named Albert and his horse, Joey, and how their bond is broken when Joey is sold to the cavalry and sent to the trenches of World War One. Despite being too young to enlist, Albert heads to France to save his friend. I watched the trailer on Youtube last and cried. This will definitely be a great movie.
