How’s everyone doin’? American Valentine’s Day traditions is a little different from in Japan. Japanese women usually give gifts to men, but in America, we usually exchange gifts. So this year, I tested my skills and made Tiramisu to bring to the Ekimae school. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a good attempt in my mind. I was surprised by how easy it was to make. You don’t even need an oven! If you ever want to try, here’s a little tip. The recipe calls for mascarpone cheese, but it’s really expensive! Instead of mascarpone, just use cream cheese and mix in some sugar. It makes for a cheap but good substitute. Give it a try! Peace. 仙台インストラクター STEPN
