On Sunday, I went to Matsushima for the Oyster Festival. It was so incredibly good! We had a bowl of soup that had four oysters and a scallop, as well as four oysters and a scallop that we could grill.I ate one of the oysters raw…mmmmmmm, delicious! After that, I still wasn’t satisfied. I needed to get some カキフライ and oyster au gratin. Finally, we roasted our own かまぼこ. The weather was fantastic.
