I haven`t had a lot of time to travel in the last few months, but luckily it was O`ban. Considering I am an out-doorsy type guy and it being Summer, I really found myself needing a beach. And from what I heard….Ajishima was the place to go. Well.. I made it there, after a slow Ferry ride from Ishinomaki, and arrived extremely dissapointed to This small island, with large Surf Breakers, and one tiny beach. From what I had heard it was like Okinawa. ( my wife is from Okinawa and she strongly disagree`s with that ) I was there, so I made due, I swam in the very clean water, and before the day ended, had a deep Sunburn.
