Golden Week was awesome! I got a chance to check out some new places and visit some old ones. I took the midnight bus to Tokyo on Saturday night. From there, I visited a friend in Chigasaki. Chigasaki is a great place. It has a really relaxed atmosphere. It seems like a great place to live. After that, my friend showed me around Yokohama. Another great city with some great shops and some beautiful sights. Lastly, I spent some time in Tokyo visiting some friends. Tokyo is always great, but it’s so tiring. Either way, it was great to catch up with friends and do some shopping. Also, in Tokyo, I had the pleasure of meeting up with another great friend and former student, Kazumasa. He used to be my student at Izumi but was transfered to Tokyo for work. It’s always nice to see him and chat for a while. Thanks for the great dinner, Kazumasa!
